The title track off the EP, this track has 3 stories, all of which deal with some form of addiction. The first verse is about battling alcoholism, the second is about becoming dependent on cannabis & the third verse is about much harder, more serious and difficult addictions to overcome like amphetamines & heroin. At the end of the third verse I use a simple line to convey that I am simple an observer, looking from the outside in, sharing these peoples stories through music. I chose this as the main single for the EP as it was one of the first songs I wrote & recorded for the project, as well as being the inspiration for the title. The end of this track, and the respective music video, lead into track 2 of the EP entitled Dreams, check it out next!
